Eternal Living
When many people hear the words "eternal life" they picture something in their minds more like "eternal survival." In other words, they see the same existence as we now endure on earth, only without the pain. I named this page Eternal Living, because eternity will not a blissful but boring existence. It will be all about learning and living and loving. We will grow in our knowledge of God and the mysteries of the universe and in our friendships with one another. We will not be mere blobs that have life, but we will be thoughtful, loving people who enjoy living!
Getting Acquainted with the Gospel of Matthew
The book of Matthew teaches the principles of God's way of living in a very clear and orderly manner. The color coding in the book comes from the color coding in the Sermon on the Mount which comes from the color coding of the Beatitudes. Every event, story, and parable in the life of Jesus was just an unfolding of the ten basic truths of eternity. God is not so random as religion makes Him out to be. He is not so illogical as many nonbelievers believe Him to be. Through Jesus, God explained Himself to us in a very simple and beautiful manner.
